About the Homebound Programme
 

Moving home after a long time away is exciting. The time has come for you to reconnect with your loved ones, eat your favourite dishes and visit all the places you’ve missed. But Singapore is a place that never stays still – changes happen in this city quickly that you will need to know what has changed and how it affects you.

“Homebound” is an interactive workshop designed for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents returning home after living overseas. developed by CS Mobility, each workshop covers the important changes that have happened during your absence. This information ranges from government policies, to regulations and obligations as well as physical changes and tackling the re-settling challenges you may face.

Moving home is always hectic, and the last thing you need at such a busy time is to overlook something important, or to make the wrong decisions based on outdated information. Homebound prepares you and your family for a seamless relocation experience back to Singapore and ensures you are brought right up to date on the latest in legislative, physical and other key changes since you
left.

With the knowledge that the Homebound workshop will give you, you will feel better prepared to settle into your new life in your old home.

Who Should Attend?
Any Singaporean or Permanent Resident who has recently returned to Singapore. If you need to know more about changes to regulations and policies, changes in Singapore as a place to live – this programme is for you! Information covered include housing, education, CPF, National Service and Reservist obligations
How Much Does It Cost?
SGD80 [excluding GST] per participant*

*No-Shows and Cancellations (less that 96hours before date of programme) will be chargeable at full price and no refunds will be issued. Payments in Cash will be acceptable only by customers of corporate clients.
